Montclair Realty was founded by Terry A. Blete who has been working in the real estate industry since 1979. During that time, Mr. Blete has been directly responsible for successfully closing over two billion dollars in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of both the equity and debt for all types of real estate projects (i.e. master plan development projects, residential, retail, commercial, multi-residential, residential single family development, industrial and mixed-use property).
